“Then he shouted,’ Lazarus, come out! And Lazarus came-bound up in the gravecloth, his face muffled in a head swath. Jesus told them ‘Unwrap him and let him go!” John 11:42-43 (TLB)
On above date and time reporting Deputy Coroner was dispatched to 114 King David Avenue, the residence of Lazarus. His mother had notified 911 when, after several days of feeling ill, it appeared that he had began to have a very bad coughing spell. Jerusalem Paramedics were called at this time, finding him deceased at 11pm. Reporting Deputy arrived and confirmed that Lazarus had assumed room temperature. Deputy spots no evidence of foul play. Family requests no autopsy. Case has been closed. Code 34.
On above date and time, reporting Deputy Coroner was dispatched to 114 King David Avenue. Per dispatch tapes Lazarus’ Mother had called Jerusalem 911 apparently Code 23 (heavily intoxicated) or 10-68 (Mental Health Breakdown) because the subject was saying that Lazarus, deceased for three full days and certified deceased by regulation medical analysis by a 30 year veteran of the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office, was alive again. She further stated that this occurred following a visit by a local Rabbi, who appeared to be arguing with Lazarus. Jerusalem Paramedics arrived to find Lazarus meeting the clinical classification of being un-dead per DHEC regulations. They left the scene when Lazarus started eating dinner. When reporting Deputy Coroner arrived, Lazarus was eating a pepperoni pizza that had been delivered at 4:30 p.m. by the Italian Stallion on Dry Hot Desert Boulevard. Lazarus clearly met all the regulations for being undead, both basic and advanced. Subject wanted information on a court hearing to revoke the Certificate of Natural Death. This report was forwarded to Chief Medical Examiner for instructions and procedures on revoking a Certificate of Natural Death.
