To keep up with the advances of copiers and computers, the U. S. Mint has added security features to our money to tell if a bill is real, or counterfeit. Watermarks, special paper, and a thread have been added to help us know if we have the real McCoy, or something as valuable as Monopoly money.
In the Book of John, we are told how to spot a true Christian. Many people fool others by pretending to be Christians, but Jesus told us how to tell a true follower from someone "just playing church." The true Christian hears God's Laws, and obeys them. A counterfeit Christian will not follow God's Law. Are you a counterfeit Christian, or are you sold out to Jesus Christ and doing your best to obey His Laws? The Master knows his sheep.
